  • Generic Alcohol Services for Adults
    for adults over 18 in Pembrokeshire, Carmarthenshire and Ceredigion
    free, open access service to people who have difficulties with their own or someone else’s use of alcohol
    appointments at one of Prism’s offices or a mutually agreed venue
  • Specialist Under-18 Drinking and Drug Service
    free and confidential alcohol and drugs information, advice and support service for under 18’s
    operates in Carmarthenshire, Pembrokeshire and Ceredigion
    information, advice and support for anyone working with individual young people or groups
    specialist reports for Courts or Case Conferences
    awareness and skills straining for working with young people and substance use
  • Clearway Drink-Drive Education Courses
    courses in Carmarthenshire, Ceredigion, Pembrokeshire, Swansea, Neath, and Port Talbot
    for people convicted of a drink drive offence and referred by the Courts
    courses are licensed by the DETR
    the scheme is self-funded by participants who are eligible for a reduction of up to 25% of their driving ban
    courses last for 18 hours, delivered over daytime and evening sessions

  • Criminal Justice Project
    Prism’s Specialist Criminal Justice Team works with people whose offending is related to alcohol or drug misuse. Schemes include:
    the Drug Intervention Programme (DIP) which aims to help substance misusing offenders to access treatment and other services to help break the drugs and offending cycle
    partnership with Dyfed Powys Probation Service in Pembrokeshire, Carmarthenshire and Ceredigion to address alcohol and drug-related offending issues
  • Hospital Link
    hospital in-patients benefit from specialist alcohol hospital link-workers offering information, advice, support and referral to appropriate agencies
